Our Story

For more than two decades, MultiTracks.com has served the global Church with a clear and focused mission: serve worship leaders globally by creating resources that allow them to maximize their time toward what really matters.

Through technology, resources, and innovation, MultiTracks has helped churches of every size steward worship well—removing barriers, simplifying complexity, and supporting teams week after week.

But as that work expanded, so did a deeper realization. Tools could help churches do worship well. But tools alone could not ensure worship leaders were living and leading well.

WHOLE was born out of that conviction.

Our Method

WHOLE exists to help worship leaders live and lead from an integrated life—where worship is rooted in Scripture, the heart is tended with care, leadership is practiced wisely, systems serve the mission, and others are equipped to carry the work forward.

The Problem We Couldn’t Ignore

As MultiTracks partnered with churches and worship leaders around the world, a consistent pattern emerged. Worship leaders were grateful for the tools—but many were quietly struggling beneath the surface.

They were:

Leading faithfully while carrying unseen exhaustion
Technically equipped but personally under-supported
Expected to shepherd others without intentional formation themselves
Growing in responsibility without growing in health

The need wasn't another product. It was formation.

WHOLE exists to address the gap between what worship leaders do and who worship leaders are becoming.

In Service of the Local Church

Both WHOLE and MultiTracks share a deep commitment to the local church.

Nothing in this journey is meant to pull leaders away from their pastors or communities. Instead, WHOLE is designed to strengthen leaders within their local context—helping them bring greater health, clarity, and longevity back to the churches they serve.
